Graphics look a tad better then V2 but overall the gameplay looks the same.

Heres 15 mins of gameplay on the PS4, we might see more of an improvment on the PC version but i doubt it.

Unfortunately even with pc hardware I dont think we will see much of an improvement over the ps4 graphics
