Internet Archive has released an archive of over 10,000 Commodore Amiga games, from 1980s Amiga 500 games to Amiga 1200 titles from circa 1995. You don’t need an emulator to open the various games and programs: as with previous collections hosted by Internet Archive – like its MS-DOS repository – all the software can be opened in-browser, no fuss, though some of the games are buggy and can take a while to load.
Highlights of Internet Archive’s Amiga game collection include:
Frontier: Elite II
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
Treasure Island Dizzy
Stunt Car Racer
Simon the Sorcerer
It Came from the Desert
Xenon 2: Megablast
The collection also includes a number of Amiga Format public domain games, plus various art and programming packages. Notable absentees, though, include
Sensible World of Soccer, Cannon Fodder, Turrican 2, Speedball 2, Syndicate
, as well as the
